Obviously it is an archery deck. I use the Messenger to nab pavise/rapid reload/howdah. I only play with two Pavise because I didn't have GATs at the time.. I had it in there for Toiling Elevated fire (I can toil a character more than once can't I?). But now that Commander comes I need another Pavise. I was thinking about taking a precision targeting or poisonous words out. I really like poisonous words though because it adds twilight for extra elavated fire/rapid reload. I am debating about putting in Oath Sworn for PW.. Extra Exertions for rapid reload and can unclog my hand if need be.

What do you guys think?

That deck looks good to me. It should work well.

You can only use toil once per character for each Elevated Fire that's played.

Ulaire Enquea, Black Threat is one of the only cards I know that let's you 'double toil'.

... or even "triple-toil", if you like, as response actions may be performed "infinite" times.

I run several copies of Countless companies to stack pavise on it. Also, if you have only one GATS, rely a bit more on the mouth of sauron, messenger of mordor so that you can use GATS with Pavise to the max. you can cut a rapid reload then.

I changed the deck a bit because it had to many cards in it.  Also I don't have another copy of MoM. Do you think I should take out a precision targeting and put in another pavise so I can be sure I can toil a couple of people for Elevated fire? I like the Countless Companions suggestion and it is to bad i don't have more GATs, otherwise I would run that card too.

Mom -> searches for pavise ->can exert 3 times now -> grabs countless companies, rapid reload and any other condition you like. You can drop a Voice of the Desert Southron Troop if you think that you have too many cards.

Yah I would like to trade for it.... do you think I need 2 or 3? So add One MoM at least and a countless companions, what should I take out though? I was thinking a Precision targeting and a Voice of the desert Southroun troop? Or maybe a Fletcher....

yeah ,those changes are ok. The number of MoMs really relies on your style. If you want those conditions early and out for sure, go with 3. Otherwise, 2 should be ok.
