End of the game (10C30)
« on: July 30, 2010, 08:40:29 PM »
This card says that if the exhausted gondor companion wins the skirmish, then he can either heal or become damage + 1.
Does the damage bonus affect that skirmish or does it only affect future skirmishes?
Also, does it last to the regroup phase?

Unless a card states an effect lasts until the regroup phase, then it only lasts until the end of the phase in which it is played. End of the game will make the companion damage +1 for that skirmish only.

I would amend "Unless a card states an effect last until the regroup phase...," to "Unless a phase action specifies that its effect lasts beyond the current phase...," but yeah, I agree.
