For flavor, a companion can become 'afraid' after one of his compatriots has a close call with a minion and imagines the danger lurking ahead (skirmish, cards in hand, condition transfers). Since 'bad stuff' isn't limited to the
culture, after the initial play any Shadow player can trigger the move.
