hi..

well, i have a simple question:

 Faramir and gondorian ranger are both assigned to a skirmish. Each with one dunland minion.
 in the faramir skirmish, i play new errand and the shadow player pass, shadow player lose and i wound the minion
 in gondorian ranger skirmish.
 I can put two tokens in ithilien trap or just one?
or

 in the faramir skirmish, the shadow player play a event, faramir exausted take one wound and die.
 The free people have 3 threats, and assig these threats to gondorian ranger skirmish Dunlending Arsonist.
 I can play a minion due skirmish ability from Arsonist?

In both cases, I don't think you can. You can only win a skirmish if you actually start that skirmish phase.
