If you played Aragorn RotN(or any Aragorn) could you exert Gandalf twice to make Aragorn's twighlite cost -4(so 0)? And If you pulled Aragorn from The Prancing Pony could you use Gandalf's ability?   :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

No. You can't combine special abilities. Each use of special ability is counted as an action. In LotR TCG actions never happen simultaneously.
