Rare card or ruined?
« on: February 13, 2011, 06:39:46 PM »

Got this through the other day in a booster pack, its got a line at the top of the card straight across it showing the Foil underneath. This ruined the card or is it now a super awesome rare worth x10 the original price?!?! :P

Ruined. And just as valueless as any other Bloodlines card.

Overproduced and the set doesn't have much in terms of power cards. That and the fact that the following sets (15, 17, and 18) were so underproduced and overpowered.

Ah right ok, is it still feasable for someone to be able to source full sets from 15 17 18 though? without having to spend a million pounds.

Full sets of 15-18 show up on eBay from time to time.
They generally sell for around $300 - $400 EACH.
All of my extra Lord of the Rings TCG, MECCG, SWCCG, and WoW TCG singles are available for sale on my website: http://www.ccg-singles.com

Its still playable and thus maintains its play value. If you don't want it I'll trade for it.

Will have a think on trading it im really only collecting now so i suppose id be better getting rid and buying a mint condition version.

To be honest id pay that, i was expecting them to be alot more from what MR. Lurtzy's said i suppose its all down to how important is completing your collection to you? Very would be the answer hehe

Well, I have sold my collection hunters block card past year, and it did almost 2200 usd. So it varies.

I really wouldn't care if the card had a line across like that but it may be the photo.  One of my friends had the Bilbo RB and the card came apart so now all he has is the front piece.
