Does Thin and Stretched work at site nine?

...There is no regroup phase, but is there an end of the turn?

I'd say no.  Once the conditions for winning/losing the game are met, the game is over.

Unless your at the site that forces the fellowship to survive until the regroup phase is over. I honestly have no idea the name of the site or even what format that site is in, LOL.

I see where you both guys are coming from, at site 9 turn ends after skirmish phase is over... but it is ending anyway, right? So wouldn't the "end of turn" triggers trigger anytime when the turn is ending? You guys get me?

If the game ends, then surely the turn also ends.

I think we've had this discussion on the forums before. Don't remember what answer we came to.

Thing is, the turn ends because the game ended, so a winner has already been declared for the match, meaning this card triggering or not wouldn't do squat.

AFAIK it was ruled that the game ends and a winner is declared after all skirmishes at site 9. Things like Thin and Stretched dont kick in anymore.

Just wanted to reiterate: The game ends when the last skirmish at site 9 resolves. There is no 'end of game' timing, which means that there is no end of turn or end of the skirmish phase; the game simply stops.

Unless the fellowship is at Caverns of Isengard if you are playing a TS correct?

I think  Thin and Stretched  won't trigger either at cavern of Isengard, the game end right after the end of the regroup phase thus before the end of turns.

So Thin and stretched will never work at site 9
