Sack of the Shire

So I can make one of my Uruks fierce by using this card.  Am I able to make an already fierce one fierce again?

Only the witch king's fell beast allows for a second fierce skirmish but that comes at a price

I don't see how this card is any different then sack of the shire.  One says make him fierce.  The other says bearer is fierce.  Neither say to add a second fierce phase.  I'm new, so maybe I'm missing something...

He isn't talking about the fell beast, the witch-king has his own personal ride called The Witch-king's Beast, Fell Creature. That version of the Fell beast does word it to let it skirmish for a 3rd time . Hope that helps and clears that up for you.
If a Balrog falls from a bridge and noone is around, does it make a sound?

For what it's worth, I think the extra skirmish from The Witch-king's Beast, Fell Creature would be considered a non-fierce skirmish.

It's worth a nice piece of shinny metal .

agreed. It isn't a fierce skirmish in the keyword sense but a skirmish after the skirmish phase ;)
