Castamir question

shadow: exert Cast and play a corsair to add 2 tokens.

Can this work this way.... Exert Castamir, use black sails to play from discard pile, add 2 tokens to another Black sails in play. Also, enduring means per wound on Castamir not who he is skirmishing right?

To the first question:   No, you cannot combine phase actions.

Enduring means strength +2 for each wound on himself.
