Trying to Set up GCCG

Hey I thought it wouldn't hurt to try getting back into GCCG a little bit.  Right now I'm in the slightly-complicated process of setting it up on my mac - which involves a 4-gigabyte download of Xcode so that I have compiling tools, downloading and compiling software called fink and fink commander (which provide necessary libraries for GCCG to run), then finally compiling GCCG.  I'll keep you guys posted.  I wish this process was simpler.

Can't someone just share their compiled-up .app file?  Or will it still depend on having other things installed?
