Strategy
FP:
When getting a 1st Saved burn Pippin or Merry to grab Sam and a Promise 2x. Sam is the key card with his txt to cycle you cards fast. FP is there just to survive.

Shadow:
This 1 is a little bit harder to play. it has a option or 2 more than just pump up your troll with possesions. It can swarm with corsair ships(of course vs. gandalf hard) or kill with castamir+raider halberd as well. Corsair plunderer is there for cycling and to fill tokens on corsair ships. Hides and troll chains for card drawing and pumping troll. Orc pursuer for troll spotting and card drawing, about orc slaughterer I am not sure to keep him but his txt is good vs archery it pumps him to 14 or even 18. Tower Assasin to kill off bounder... One of the key cards is also grima not just for his txt (especially vs. dwarven), also to play sarumans power or sarumans snow. Enquea is must in almost every shadow deck(vs ents...), sauron is just cool, I like him a lot:) Grond for troll pump and to discard key cards.

Your shadow side is way too unfocused. You don't need Sauron in there, he just clogs your hand. Trolls chain is the same story. You need to either focus on the Corsairs and the Troll of Cirith Gorgor as a bonus minion, maybe with 2 Hides, or focus on the Troll. You're trying to defend against too many things at once. Furthermore, Grima really works against you if you're trying to beef up the troll, because you typically WANT companions with lots of possessions in play so that you can spot them for the ToCG. ToCG kills Dwarves. you don't need Grima in there at all. Saruman's Snows is also a waste of time for this deck.

Orc slaughterer is ok, but there are so many other better cards to play besides him for a deck like this.

i agree. it needs more focus. if you want it diverse, then the most you can do is try to run a hybrid with the corsairs and the troll. both orbit around possessions, so that is the common thread. get grima and all isenguard cards OUT of this deck they will kill you. hides really should get the heck out also, it adds nothing except a possession, and a few ships of great draught would do the same and also make sure you can drop those castamirs back on the draw deck for the late game.

i would also drop shotgun enquea (your big minions should be crowd control enough), sauron (your trolls and castamir are heavy hitting enough), 1x castamir (he's unique and you can put him back on your deck with ships of great draught). that should free up 10 slots to fill with little scrappy sauron orcs and the like.

If this is the case, no use playing Radagast. You will not triple anyway if you aim at surviving and cycling, even double moves won't happen very often.
