hello, I have a question, I have aragorn with 4x Not Bound To His Fate won the skirmish, I can tranfer to another companion of gondor the 4 or only 1.

All 4. Each one triggers separately when you win a skirmish with Ara.

You can transfer any number of them, between 0 and 4.
