quick question abour uruk hai

hi guys on question about http://lotrtcgwiki.com/wiki/lotr04145?redirect=1 i can only exert 1 uruk archer and make the archery total plus 1 right? if i have 3 archers i cant exert all of them with event right?

You may exert 1 uruk for each cloud of arrows you play.

All events are one-shot deals. You play the event from hand, do what it says, then discard it. Cloud of Arrows doesn't say you can exert multiple Uruk archers, so you can't. All cards do what they say.

If Cloud of Arrows worked like you think, it would say "Exert X [Isengard] archers to make the minion archery total +X and the fellowship archery total -X."

The word "An" in a game text means anyone but not everyone from what I understand.
