Journey to the West

Have you guys ever heard of "Journey to the West"?

It's one of the most famous Chinese story. People say that Dragonball is inspired by it.

I also find that this story also has some resemblance with LOTR, as it depicts the story of a fellowship of 4 (5 if you include the horse) through their epic journey in which they try to reach the West in order to get Buddhist scriptures (instead of destroying a ring in Mount Doom). There are also plenty of fights against monsters.

There's a fun little PS1 (or is it PS2? I can never seem to remember...) tactics game about it. It has every major character, even Songoku and his flying cloud and extending bo, turning into a giant ape (sounds familiar?).
