This sounds more like someone who doesnt't know how to concede than a ragequitter, don't? Im not a very old player, but I remember that in my first game, I left w/o concede, simply because i didnt know it was necessary/didnt know how to do it...In this case, the player saw that the game was lost, and just left, at least is what it seems to me...
