I still keep track of them, if not in the warnings list. If a name keeps popping up, I will see if I can find the person and make sure they know how to use the concede button. Time-outs happen, and so long as it isn't a pattern, I usually won't write a person up. Flaming on the other hand is intentional and an active choice not done out of ignorance. That is dealt with when reported.

Normally I'm one to ignore this kind of stuff, but it was almost like he was trying to pick a fight . That and this wouldn't be the first time this guy has broken the general "being a jerk" clause to several other community members. At least worth noting.
