Hello again,
Another simple question, if I have four Unending Life in play, and I can spot 6 companions, are my nazgul strength +12 or only +3? Thanks

+12.  The same idea applies for cards like A Promise, Shingle in a Storm and NSttS, since conditions' effects stack.

I think only +3. Its says while you can spot 6 companions your nazgul are +3, it doesnt say for each Companion you spot your nazgul are +3. (If you spot 5 companion, no effect/6+ companions +3)

This is a common card, its too much powerful as you say for 0 cost and, I said, common card

It's +3 per Unending Life the SP has in play.  So if you have 4 copies in play and you can spot 6 companions, Nazgul are strentgh +12.
