Silinde + House of Elrond
« on: May 10, 2013, 11:05:25 AM »
Hey there,

just started playing this game with a friend and after having some questions I found this site here. Most questions were answered, but I failed to find an answer on this one: How works Silinde while you can spot your House of Elrond?

When moving to any site but House of Elrond, Silinde has no effect (because the site says "When moving to House of Elrond"). When moving to House of Elrond, I'm not sure if you can do it twice. (Once for the site + once for Silinde.)

if your site three (houses of elrond) is in play, then you can spot it. therefore, silinde has that gametext and the effect can be doubled up. once for the site, once for silinde

If you have Silinde in play when you move to your House of Elrond, you may remove 2 burdens if you can spot 2 elves, since there are 2 cards saying you can.  However, you cannot remove any more burdens in this way later on in the game, since every other site is not your House of Elrond (which is required in the text of the site).
