Looking for information about original league kits from FotR block

Hi!
I recently bought an old promo poster from the time "Mines of Moria" was released. In the corners of the poster there were images of product you could buy, but also of a league kit:

Here is what I presume was included in the kit (please correct me, if I am wrong):

• 2 manuals: a red one ("Ringbearer's Journal") and a green one ("The [illegible] Manual")
• a shop window sticker to promote in-store league play
• the first nine promotional cards (0P1-9) plus one of the three deckbuilder promos

Were there any other items issued (badges, counters, flyers, demo decks etc)?

I would love to get my hands on any of these items, especially any printed material! Please send me a PM, if you have any information and/or any of these items (the promo cards excepted) for trade or sale.
