The problem with the FotR rings is that you need Frodo to fight to get burdens, which can be risky at best.

I've tried to make a deck that uses the Speedbump as a fighter.  Sadly there's no answer to Goblin Warrior which will be in every Moria deck.  Moria is quite rare in movie, though.
