Anyone know the info on these?

0P120 Isengard Marauder (Hunters pre-order incentive?)
0P121 Covetous Uruk (can't figure this one out, there doesn't seem to be any info on it anywhere online anymore, even in the Wayback machine)

Was there any physical promo cards after D08? I mean I have seen there has been some so-called "unreleased" cards on eBay, D09-D12, maybe?

I'm not totally clear on how those (0D9-0D14) were released, but one thing I heard is that Brad DeFruiter brought a supply of them to GenCon Indianapolis 2007 for that year's "World Championship". Only two people showed up for it IIRC, so they split the cards between them. How they were originally going to be distributed is a mystery, though. I'm guessing that diver4 also got a supply when he bought out Decipher's warehouse inventory, but I have no facts.

0p1-9 are the original league kit. when Fellowship of the Ring first launched, they had leagues set up at various card shops. when you joined a league, you got the league kit and one of the deckbuilder cards (un-numbered).
...

Thank you, Hawkeye. That's incredibly helpful to liquidating my collection. Can anyone fill in a few I have that weren't covered? If it helps, I was a Rider of Rohan from the beginning of the program, helped to run a League in at least 2001, attended several of the 2001 TOC's (don't think I won any), administered the 2001 TOC for Delaware, and volunteered at a couple of conventions.

1P364 FOIL. If I remember right, the non-foil was a fixed card in one of the FotR starters, but how did I get a foil? Were they packed in boosters as rare foils, or what?

0P12-0P14 FOIL. I don't have non-foils of these. Did the DVD tie-in cards only come in foil, or did I get these somewhere else?

As I understand it, the foil versions of the starter deck promos were included in boosters of the same set like any other foil.  I've also found at least one (I think it was 4P364 and/or 5P122) in reflections booster packs.

I have not seen non-foil versions of the collector's edition LotR movie promos.

I have a foil set 3 Legolas and set 4 Theoden Foil.  No idea how rare foil promos were, but I definitely have opened more than 2 rare foils.  I'd guess about on a par.
