Has anyone ordered from Okan before? They don't have their "Shipping & Returns" section filled out, so I wanted to make sure it's okay. They have sets 1-19 singles, in addition to foils and promos.

After ordering from Okan, without logging into an account, it keeps sending me back to the original page with my Shopping cart intact. Should I assume the delivery went out (four times, since I tried that many times) or that it got cancelled?
