Introducing some new
cards to go with the White Council Set. Hobbits don't get much here; mostly these cards help them splash with other cultures. They do however get some fun events, especially in the regroup phase, and two copies of Frodo, one of whom might be a little too good (please let me know if you feel this is the case). •Orc Brawl Condition • Support Area
Each time a Shadow player plays a minion and you can spot a minion of a different culture, you may spot a hobbit companion to choose a Shadow player who must exert a minion for each Shadow culture over 1 you can spot (limit once per site).
Salted Pork Condition • Support Area
Each time a hobbit wins a skirmish, you may discard a possession borne by a character in that skirmish to heal a companion (or heal a dwarf companion twice).
The Fellowship of the Ring Condition • Support Area
Tale. While you can spot 4
Fellowship companions, each companion is strength +1.

To play, exert Sam twice. Bearer must be the ring-bearer.
Bearer's strength is 0 and cannot be modified.
Sam is strength +3,
defender +1, and cannot be overwhelmed unless his strength is tripled or take wounds.
Discard this condition at the start of the regroup phase.
You Are Very Small Condition
Stealth. Plays on an unbound hobbit.
Shadow players may not assign minions whose strength is at least twice that of bearer to skirmish bearer.
Distraction Event • Assignment
If you can spot more minions than companions, exert an unbound hobbit twice. Until the regroup phase, that hobbit is
defender +1 and you may not play stealth events, cancel skirmishes, or discard companions.
Edge of Night Event • Response
Tale. If an unbound companion (except a hobbit) is about to be killed, exert an unbound hobbit to remove up to 3 threats.
Hard Day's Work Event • Regroup
If you can spot no minions, heal each hobbit companion.
I'm Coming With You Event • Regroup
Spot your

for each ring-bound hobbit you can spot.
In Western Lands Event • Regroup
Tale. If the only characters you can spot are hobbits, draw a card or liberate a site.

Add X threats to heal X hobbit companions.
Nor Bid the Stars Farewell Event • Regroup
Tale. Exert your
ring-bearer to remove a burden and a threat.
Pity Event • Response
If your
ring-bearer wins a skirmish, you may remove X threats, where X is the vitality of a minion in that skirmish.
The Last Thing He'll Expect Event • Assignment
Assign an unbound hobbit whose strength is 6 or less to skirmish a minion to make that minion lose all damage and hunter bonuses until the regroup phase.
Unnoticed Event • Skirmish
Stealth. Exert an unbound Hobbit who is not assigned to a skirmish and spot a minion whose strength is more than double that of that hobbit to add that hobbit's strength to that of a companion skirmishing that minion.
Your Idea Event • Regroup
Discard Merry to heal Pippin twice, or discard Pippin to heal Merry twice.
Take Us South Event • Response
If a Shadow player plays a site that is not a forest, spot an ent and an unbound hobbit to replace that site with a forest site from your adventure deck.
