Listen to me, Legolas.
If you just arrested TheJord
the man you thought was me,
he was an innocent bystander
minding his own business
until today,
until this hour.
That wasn't me.
His arrest
and suspicion
were kept secret
from watching eyes,
and went unposted
even in this thread.
Even I had no way
of knowing
about his suspected guilt
it seems…
But I, Incognito,
do in fact exist.
So come on!
Catch me if you can.

I've been reading and rereading what incognito posted above... and I'm positive that it's from a TV show or movie (although changed accordingly)... so frustrating... I know I've heard it and recently too, but I can't remember from where. Maybe monster? I'll do a check.

???

Someone arrest this guy. The only person who would know that I'm not Incog would either have to be incog, or the person who was incog prior to him.

No offense man, but I never thought it was you either. This incognito is too professional.

Half a day left.
Generally
the police
protect someone
Whom they think
is my next victim
so that I
can not kill him.
A novel idea,
I know.

After some conversing with the other cops, I'm going to protect Tbiesty. (Incoginto's third victim)

Bibfortuna25 was saved.
My other victim was not.
You will find him
next to my last.
Elrohir and Muaddib
together forever
hanging,
upside down
In the usual place.
Their blood drained
from a single incisions
to the neck.
A homage, perhaps
to a great man.

My dear Lurtzy
you speak of
tales and exploits
which seem strange
to those following along.
My clues
were given to only
the cops.
Indeed,
that was done
on purpose.

My next
was the first
of them all
and remained ‘til
the very end.
Yet still
he wields
a deadly fear.
2 days.
