well its not just about my shadow against their freepies, but in the years i have been playin.. my decks had an idea or a concept. its really boring and demotivating if u play against 'do wht u can and i will get to site 9' with my strngh (>10) and vitality (>3) comps.. and even if that was a idea play more cards.. interesting cards to support that idea...
Well, if his concept is "play bunch of guys, run to site 9", and it got you, you HAVE to admit it IS an "interesting" deck, metagame-wise. Also, why should he play more cards? Isn't it working like that? Perhaps he needs a smaller deck to set up his shadow side.

i think i share this request in everyones name..
No, you don't. I'm a Spike at heart, if I go into a tournament, I'll play to win. Sure, every now and then I'll brew a random deck and like it (heck, I died trying [Isengard] Orcs in FotR Block, 'till the very end!), but when a tournament was on the horizon, I'd play what I thought was the best deck I could build. Period. Of course, "best deck" takes into account metagame as well, so it's not "best cards".

Agreed..

If you're going to complain about simple decks that win, I'd be talking about post-Reflection Dwarven beatdown.  I've never seen another deck that survives so easily, and sets up shadow hands so well.  But that is a major tangent.
