I get confused and dont like the preview layout of PM's any chance i can get an option to view like on CC, only open when clicked on?

And if you want the forum to do it automatically, in Profile -> Personal Message Options, check "Save a copy of each Personal Message in my outbox by default." You can even ignore people, too!! Although I've a feeling we can't ignore mods... j/k j/k.
