This deck needs tweaking. It regularly mana screws me, and takes too long. I added tutors but no help.

I'd lose Stream and Wand, for starters, too slow. I'd probably add in the 4 Dousing, and a set of Cryptic Commands. Needs a 4th Drowner, can pay with only 2 Fallowsage, or even none. I'd play with 3 Commerce only. Needs a 3rd Judge of Currents, and 2 more Rejeereys and a Banneret. I'd add in Sower of Temptation, as well.
