Elaina Margaret Evans was born at exactly 7:30am today (November 4), weighing in at exactly 7 pounds and measuring exactly 20 inches. I appreciate her making all my math easy. ;)

Mother, baby, and yes, father are all doing fine, albeit exhausted. Labor lasted from Sunday evening until, as I said, 7:30 this morning. Ew. Got a grand total of one hour of sleep last night, and am reluctantly (though probably wisely) now home to catch some Zs before heading back to the hospital to be with my girls there for the next day or so.

Obviously, best to count me out from any kind of regular activity for the next several days. I'll pop in when and if I can, but DCs and all are likely on hold for a little while.

I'll provide pictures when we're back home in the next 24-48 hours and get settled down (at least somewhat). She's cute as a button...can't wait to show her off. ;D
