It was reprinted in the Legolas starter deck in RotEL.  I have one I can send to you if you'd like to scan it in.

Besides the images, positive feedback has also been left for these auctions, so I'm optimistic they're as legit as any.

"Only a handful of these foils were distributed to the 3 players who showed up for the Lord of the RIngs championship at GenCon 2005 but no event took place due to poor attendance. This foil (collector's number 0D13) and the foil Imladris site are extremely rare and number less than 20 made altogether and all copies are owned by 4 different people."

Strange, RoS and TaD weren't released until two years after GenCon 2005... this seems suspicious.

Hmm... in this case I'll have to pass... not because the cards don't belong in the database, but because the images are hideous. You can't make out the collector's info that well... too bad a member doesn't have a copy that could be scanned nicely.
