I was thinking, what if there were characters specifically adept with certain weapons? Some mechanic to represent one's skill with a sword, or bow.
Master - X (Possession Type) - Y (Bonus): While bearing X bearer receives Y.

Master - Hand Weapon - Strength +1.Skirmish: Exert Eomer and spot a hand weapon he is bearing to wound a minion he is skirmishing.
The idea is still half-baked, but I hope to expand on it a bit more, as well as create more mechanics.

The bonus would be typically more on minions, seeing as how it's harder to get it.
