Using Aragorn, Heir to the Throne of Gondor to block Following Uruk and another non-hunter minion, which of the following is correct:

a) Aragorn gets his hunter bonus because the 2nd minion in the skirmish isn't a hunter, Following Uruk does not get his bonus because Aragorn is a hunter
b) Aragorn does not get his hunter bonus because 1 minion having hunter in the skirmish is enough to deny the bonus, regardless of the 2nd minion, Following Uruk does not get bonus, because Aragorn is a hunter

"Hunter is a Numeric Loaded Keyword that gives the Hunter character a bonus to his strength equal to the number of Hunter he has, while he is skirmishing a non-hunter character."

I would take this to mean the first (Aragorn gets his hunter bonus because the 2nd minion in the skirmish isn't a hunter, Following Uruk does not get his bonus because Aragorn is a hunter) is correct.
