Question about The One Ring (Release Schedule version)

I have this One Ring called "The one ring, Release Schedule for 2004-2007", That ring have the same image of "The One Ring, Answer To All Riddles". My question is: does both have same abilities? or they are completely diferent but with same illustration and nothing else.

I always just play it as the same as ATAR, but technically I guess it has not text. Just a ring that gives +2 vitality with no ability to wear it. Ultimately play it how you want.
