Mulldrifter x 4
Shriekmaw x 4
Spitebellows x 4
Kitchen Finks x 4
Cloudthresher x 2
Smokebraider x 4
Thunderblust x 2
Minion Reflector x 4
Mind Stone x 4
Turn to Mist x 4
Primal Beyond x 4
Reflecting Pool x 4
Vivid Crag x 4
Vivid Meadow x 4
Rugged Prairie x 4
Mountain x 4
So the point is that there's a bunch of CIP abilities, and so you use them with Minion Reflector to amplify the effect.

Nope. Not worth it. Plus, I don't exactly have much blue mana to use her ability with. And she usually gets the big bulls-eye on her face.
Updated deck. Added in Nova Chasers for some championing fun. Absurd with Minion Reflector. I usually max out mana even with, like, a dozen lands out. Dropped count of Spitebellows, leaves play abilities aren't quite as useful as CIP. Also cut Threshers and Thunderblust, Nova Chaser usually rocks much harder than Thunderblust and Threshers got a pair of more versatile Firespouts.

Threshers are awesome, they KILL faeries and they're finishers. I'd keep them over Spitebellows any day. And 2 Firespout won't do you much good, might as well drop Mind Stone for 2 more, after all, you need tempo, which is what Mind Stone provides. However, Firespout is bound to provide as much tempo, or even more, since it wipes out the table. Or you could simply go with Wrath of God.

Well...I went for Firespout over thresher because it kills faeries as well. You can tech it against faeries to, or tech it vs non-fliers. I think I'll just completely drop the Spitebellows for Firespouts.

Yes, but a FIrespout does not kill a Mistbind Clique, while a Thresher can surprise-block it, and did I mention it's a 7/7 with flash and reach for 6 mana?
