Bid 1 to go first. You'll be pulling Greatest Kingdom of My People with the plateau, which should keep you pretty safe from orc swarms. Other than that, it's simple dwarves with the addition of Elrond, HTGG and Shoulder to Shoulder to heal. The shadow is centered around using Mordor Fighter, Gorgoroth Stormer, and The Ring Is Mine! to corrupt your opponent. It also uses tricks like Stinker and Attea, WOW and Toldea, WOW that give it extra power. If they pack a ton of burden removal, the you can simply play beatdown with the initiative trackers.

Thoughts:

Replace Heavy Burden with either Web or a third ESF. I never really use it, and it would be nice to throw out another minion.

Add the burden conditions to help out. This would require an uptick in cards, something it could probably handle with a few Delving.

I like this deck.  I was able to go 5-5 with it.  It has been the best so far.  If the shadow can get set up, it is mean, especially against the alternate ring bearers.  I found that the Dwarf have is mostly there to survive, and allow the shadow to go for the win.  If I had to change anything, I would add Barrak Khazad for the dwarves and Great and Terrible as the dawn, or maybe thin and streched and desperate defense of the ring for the shadow.
