Aragorn in its many forms
« on: June 26, 2022, 12:46:34 PM »
I have been away from here for a little while, and even when I was here before not sure I remember any threads on this, but was there any posts/threads dealing with Aragorn himself, which one do people prefer to play with. Which ones are the best over all and so on and so fourth?

Top three probably are

Aragorn, Thorongil.

Basic Gorn stats with a hefty Hunter 2 and decent maneuver ability.

Elessar Telcontar.

Rainbow healing with an extra point of strength. What's not to like?

RotN.

He can take 4 minions to save you.

Runners up are probably KiE and Strider
He who breaks a thing to find out what it is has left the path of wisdom.

I was wondering if there were any threads or posts on Aragorn, but thank you for replying with your favorite ones here.

My all time favorite is the other Hunter 2 Aragorn Heir to the Throne of Gondor With the way i play my deck I can easily get the first Defender +1 bonus and since I normally play against two other friends and they each play different Minions I can all most easily get the 2nd Defender +1 bonus as well.

My second favorite is Aragorn Defender of the Free People, with tokens you can reduce your opponent's strength, heal a dwarf or wound a minion twice.

As far as a third one  I guess there are just to many to pick a good 3rd one, I guess it would have to be whatever deck I was playing at the time.

Here is an old article from the cobra cards times:

The CC forum has a lot of interesting content, way more than this current board, in terms of strategy and decklists.

Thanks Leokula.
He seemed to have left one of the Aragorn out. I tried to join over there but when it said to enter a code exactly as you see it, there was no code to enter period. Oh Well.

Yeah, I don't think you can join there. The CC boards are just an archive.

CobraCards was a LOTR TCG store that had that forum. When the shop decided to close, we created The Last Homely House and the community migrated here, but the old boards were kept as an archive.
