which card fits best?
« on: December 31, 2008, 05:38:10 AM »
Hello guys,

I would like to start a new "challenge" - try to find out, which cards do their job best?

for example:
- condition removal
- Lothlorien Guides
- Namarie

- burden removal
- •Jarnsmid, Barding Emissary
- •Bilbo, Aged Ring-bearer

- direct damage
- Legolas Greenleaf
- ??? etc.

move limit, archery, burden/corrupt, possession discard, cycling, liberate/control sites, ... etc.

...so which cards do their job best and have got the best mix in relation to costs and use...

we'll see...  8-)

...just let us know your ideas...  :-k

Mithrandir I am known to the Elves, Tharkun to the dwarves; Olorin was the name in my youth in the West which is forgotten, in the South Incanus, in the North Gandalf; into the East I will not go."

I was tired like crazy. I get a bit dyslexic when I`m tired.
But you already know this....

Not for that... typos/links FIXED! At least where I'm able to, "that hobbit follower" and "unique 10" are beyond my reach for quick fixing. :D

The hobbit follower guy he is referring to I believe is Daddy Twofoot, Next-door Neighbor and Enquea (series 10) I would assume is Ulaire Enquea, Thrall of the One. I could be wrong but they seem to make the most sense under their categories .

And what about "strange something"? Yeah, these 2 I figured, but was afraid of editing before I received confirmation.

Hmmm... or maybe Robin Smallburrow, Shirriff Cock-Robin... I think Robin would do the trick under "Cycling" category better than Daddy

Gloin, Son of Groin needs to be added for cycling, and Bound to its Fate and Wraith-world for corruption.

For possession discard, Ulaire Cantea, Faster than Winds and Bold and Cunning.

Watch and Wait and Glamdring, Foe-hammer for burden removal.

Rapt Hillman and Siege Troop for site control, and Fell Deeds Awake and Anduril, Sword that was Broken for liberation.

Ulaire Cantea, FtW and Ulaire Lemenya, Eternally Threatening for adding threats, and Hearts Raised and (maybe) Into the West for threat removal.

Archery for Shadow would be Archer of Harad, Elevated Fire and Mumak Rider (who also scores on possession discard), for Free Peoples Elven Marksmanship, Gondor Bowmen, Elven Bow, Nocked, Many Miles I could go on

Eowyn, LoI is not direct wounding, more a weapon of mass destruction.
