Rules Supplements???

Hi!
As I understand it, each and every set came with starter sets that had a rule booklet for the respective set.

However, was there a rules supplement for the reflections set, as there was no reflections starter set? Also, were all the CRD's collected in one place for download?

Especially the new rules that were introduced with the Reflections set interest me the most.

The Comprehensive Rulebook should have most of the rules assembled in there (with followers being a major exception, which are covered in the Hunters starter rulebook). Rulebooks and CRDs are stickied in the Archives of Minas Tirith.
