Which eight shadowcards have the most dreadfull combo? With other words: what is the best shadow hand that you can imagine? (Standard)

i have to say that i just thought 2 minutes about your question, so i think there are better ways to kill a fellowship with 8 cards... but now i would suggest the following:

Gollum, Dark as Darkness or Captured by the Ring
Little Snuffler
Little Snuffler
Little Snuffler
Little Snuffler
Led Astray (against choke decks)
Horribly Strong (or anything else to discard gollum during the SHADOW phase)
So Polite (replay gollum and exert him two times again...)

all in all 6 wounds on the ringbearer.

Ulaire Otsea, Lieutenant of Morgul
Bill Ferny, Swarthy Sneering Fellow
Later Than You Think
The Witch King, Black Captain
The Witch King's Beast, Fell Creature
In Twilight
Ring of Terror
The Pale Blade

If all condition meets (2 threats, enough twilight tokens & not an underground site) you can play The Witch-king, BC with Later Than You Think gaining Hunter 2, put on him In Twilight, Ring of Terror & The Pale Blade. Then play Bill, SSF and Ulaire Otsea, LoM and make Bill & The Witch-king fierce. It give a powerful Witch-king with at least 21 strength & damage +2 to start with. You can make Bill skirmish with him too and also go for a third skirmish with his mount. That's a real big minion to take for 3 times in any case. Would love to play a Witch-king with so many boost!

horribly strong can't wound the ringbearer, but it is a great card nonetheless :D
