I see why this happened, though. "Villager" is a new rank, and when I created it, it defaulted to allowing it in ALL forums--though The White Council (mod forum) and The Dead Pile are supposed to be accessible only to those with the "rank" of moderator or administrator. Fixed now. Sorry about the confusion.... :-[
