Had an interesting idea for this site:

In Expanded, how about a deck that plays conditions/possessions/artifacts from each of the 10 Shadow cultures? Play with Site-Controlling Nazgul and Moving This Way to cycle. Traveled Leader or something similar for Freeps. Ideally you would be adding 8-12+ twilight each move for site. Is this doable? :hey: Ideas for useful cards may be Hides, Ithil Stone, Howdah, Moving This Way... pack full of Nazgul minions to drop when the twilight is right.

Play Gate of Mordor every turn with all Shadow cultures represented. Thus a potential of 10 twilight + [1] for each Freeps culture every time they move.

and then? playing sauron+balrog+?
doesn't make much sense to me, because it's much easier to make up to 10 twilight pool... sorry

I'll have to try to make one and then playtest it.
I'm thinking an extra 10 pool every Shadow phase a turn would make a substantial difference... ;)

only if you can use it all. do something like sting of shelob  :uh-huh: or fierce in despair with some high vitality high strength raiders. Or like above, but with 4x a shadow rises.
