If you are going expanded and Atar on Galadriel, why not add Splendor of their Banners. And as many people agree with me, or I with them, Take up the Bow is soo nice if something shows up that is too much to chew on.
As pumps, I think you can do better. Feathered for example is a good one. Oh and Cirdan is nice as well when it comes to playing all those events you have. Why not more Marksmanship instead of Break the Charge. And Uruviel, why is she in it? Rather play Celebring and especially Galadriel's Silver Ewer...but that is pretty standard!
Other than that....welcome!

Hmmm, I like this deck. Almost identical to mine ;D. I would agree with GE, Put in The Splendor of Their Banners. Take up the Bow helps for Balrog or Sauron. Maybe add some Elven Hunters for Rumil's text.

 Just some thought. :)

Add:                                        instead of:

Legolas Bow 11R                     Arwen's Dagger
Spied from Afar                       Sword of the Fallen
Mighty Shot                             Valor
Let Fly                                     Break the charge
Celebring                                 Uruviel
Galadriels Silver Ewer             Sword of the Fallen
Gil-Galad, Elven High King     Glorfindel, Revealed in Wrath
You gave away your life's grace. I cannot protect you anymore.

Thanks GOG and GE. Elrohir, I can't change it THAT MUCH :o. I have this deck in REAL LIFE, so that limits my ability to get cards.

One Ring to rule them all.
One Ring to find them.
One Ring to bring them all,
And in the darkness, bind them.
