Soldier's Cache

I am trying to put some sets together and I hit a snag. Was there a Soldier's Cache 17S35? I have quite a few starters from ROS and I have none of these cards. Also, the only soldier's cache I have is 17U58. Was this supposed to say 18? If anyone can help me out with this I would be thankful.

It was never printed as an S card in Rise of Saruman so was placed in Treachery and Deceit boosters as 17U58 instead.
