Exert Gollum (or Smeagol) to place this card faced up in your opponents draw deck (limit 1 per deck).
Each time this card is drawn by an opponent, that player reveals it and shuffles it faced up into his or her draw deck. If it is that player's turn, he or she must wound two companions.

The balance of the phrasing isnt right. For example, if everyone had lower than 6 res youd choose the first option and nothing would happen.

Also you dont mean "revealed" you mean when it reaches the top as it might never be revealed.

How do you mean? And how would you phrase it? My English isn't that good you see

I love the idea, but I would suggest a slightly different way to approach it:

Event • Shadow
Exert Gollum (or Smeagol) to place this card in your opponents draw deck (limit 1 per deck).
Each time this card is drawn by an opponent, that player reveals it and shuffles it into his or her draw deck. If it is that player's turn, he or she must wound a companion.

This way it allows for someone drawing it during their Shadow phase in which case it just goes back into their draw deck.

I might also put it in your opponent's draw deck face up just so that it's very clear when it comes up.

Ah.. that's a good one.. The card must be inserted face-up.. just like Thranduil sugested.. almost forgot about that part!

I like the face up idea, not sure about the text you gave it. Seems to hit and miss now to be worth it.
