One Ring to find them.

Very very strong Cards. Uruviel, Legolas and Elven Bow are too strong after a short glimpse.

Swords Out: I am sure, you want the shadow player to choose if archery phase is skipped.

"Fire!" and  "Effective arrows" are your greatest cards, I think.

Thank you for your ideas, great (and a bit op) set  =D>

[1]Elven Bow[Elven]
PossessionRanged Weapon
Vitality +1
Bearer is an archer.
Yeah, the problem here is that it's an Elven Bow (which is already a very strong card), but with an amazing vitality bonus as well. If you want some kind of different bow, then it can't give straight archer. Maybe a vitality bonus with something like "Archery: Exert bearer to make him or her an archer."

[2]•Uruviel, Lorien Maiden [Elven]
Follower•Elf
Resistance +2
Aid. - [2]
When Uruviel is transferred to an [Elven] companion, you may choose to either remove a burden or discard a condition.
Follower with race, absolutely fair enough. Seems very strong - you can choose between 2 amazing abilities. I don't think Elves need any help discarding conditions these days (stupid Namarie) and they haven't removed burdens since fellowship block, but still I'd be willing to see removing burdens on it, but maybe at the cost of aid [3] or resistance only +1.

[2]•Legolas, Great Marksman [Elven]
Companion•Elf
Strength:6
Vitality:3
R/SN:6
Archer
Archery: Reveal the top card of your draw deck. If it is an [Elven] card, the Fellowship archery total is +X where X is that card's twilight cost.
The problem is that you can do this multiple times. Make it at the start of the archery phase, and then you're onto something. It might be too good to make him an archer as well, though.

[2] Elven Accuracy [Elven]
Event•Archery
Exert an [Elven] archer twice to make the Fellowship archery total +2.
Yeah, fair enough.

[2] Elven Sentinel [Elven]
Companion•Elf
Strength:5
Vitality:3
R/SN:6
While you can spot two forest sites on the site path, Elven Sentinel is strength +2 and an archer.
Also fair enough. The technical term is "adventure path" though.

[5]•Elrond, Keeper of Rivendell [Elven]
Companion•Elf
Strength:8
Vitality:4
Res:6
To play, spot 2 [Elven] companions.
If there are more minions than companions, Elrond is Defender +1 and archer.
I think I'd rather see Elrond at his usual cost [4] and resistance 7, especially as this guy's ability is useful, but not amazing. And I might want a different subtitle to represent a warrior Elrond, something representing his role in the Last Alliance perhaps.

[3]•Galadriel, Grandmother of Arwen [Elven]
Companion•Elf
Strength:3
Vitality:4
Res:5
To play, spot Arwen.
While Arwen is unwounded, each elf is strength +1 and archer.
I think spotting Arwen is rather backward - after all, Galadriel was there for thousands of years before Arwen was even thought of! People like having characters keep the same stats, so I'd like to see Galadriel back at vitality 3 resistance 7. And I'm also not such a big fan of "warrior Galadriel" - I'd prefer some other kind of ability. I like the Arwen unwounded thing, but maybe not a combat bonus.

[2]•Arwen, Elven Ranger [Elven]
Companion•Elf
Strength:6
Vitality:3
Res:6
Ranger.
While Arwen is facing a roaming minion, she is strength +1 for each wound on that minion. At the beginning of Arwen's skirmish, exert Arwen to wound a roaming minion.
Replace "facing" with "skirmishing", and the "beginning of Arwen's skirmish" with "start of each skirmish involving Arwen". Otherwise, seems fair enough. Interesting shift from Arwens that like Nazgûl.

[1] Elven Archer [Elven]
Follower•Elf
Strength +1
Aid. - Add a threat.
If bearer is an elf, that companion gains archer.
Yeah, maybe cost [2]. And stepping on the toes of Dinendal a bit.

[2]•Haldir, Defender of Lorien [Elven]
Companion•Elf
Strength:6
Vitality:3
Res:6
While Haldir bears a ranged weapon he is strength +1.
Haldir cannot bear hand weapons.
I don't see any reason for his second line. In fact, how about an advantage for bearing a hand weapon (like the Naith)? Something like "While Haldir bears a hand weapon, he is damage +1." That would be awesome.

[1] Elf Lords [Elven]
Event•Skirmish
Make a minion skirmishing an elf strength -1 for each wound on that minion.
This is a worse version of Feathered, for the same cost. I love the concept of these cards, but it feels like it might as well be Feathered. Perhaps you could use Elf Lords to do something slightly different.

(0) Fire! [Elven]
Event•Response
If there are more minions than companions, exert an elf to make the fellowship archery total +1.
This needs to be an archery event (response doesn't make any sense on this card) and it could spot, not exert (see Double Shot) but fair enough.

[1] Woods of Lothlorien [Elven]
Condition•Support Area
Regroup: Exert an elf to place a card from your discard pile on the top of your draw deck.
Awesome! Maybe it's more a Rivendell thing than Lothlórien, though.

[1] Elven Blade [Elven]
Possession•Hand Weapon
Strength +1
Resistance+1
Each minion skirmishing bearer is strength -1 for each wound on it.
Yeah, okay. I think resistance +1 might be pushing it a bit, but its like a mini-Sword of the Fallen.

[2]•Hadhafang, Elrond's Blade [Elven]
Possession•Hand Weapon
Strength +3
Bearer must be Elrond
Regroup: Exert Elrond twice to place an [Elven] condition from your discard pile in your hand.
Better wording would be "Exert Elrond twice to take an [Elven] condition from your discard pile into hand". I think I'd prefer a lower strength boost, like +2, and a better ability, like exerting once.

[5]•Gil-Galad, Wielder of Aiglos [Elven]
Companion•Elf
Strength: 9
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 8
To play spot an elf.
While Gil-Galad bears Aiglos, each elf is strength +1
Yeah, a bit specific, but fair enough. How about "While Gil-galad bears an artifact"?

[3]Aiglos, Weapon of the High King [Elven]
Artifact•Hand Weapon
Strength +2
Bearer must be an elf.
While bearer is Gil-Galad, Gil-Galad is Damage +1 and Vitality +1.
Yeah, fair enough. Could cost [2].

[Ring]•The Ring, The Ultimate Weapon
Strength +2
Vitality +1
Resistance +1
When the Ring-Bearer is about to take a wound, you may add a burden instead.
Each time the fellowship moves during the regroup phase, the Free Peoples player must wound a companion.
I still think he ought to have to wear the Ring in order to take burdens, and I might make the strength bonus +1, but otherwise, fun ring.

[0] Might of the Elves [Elven]
Event•Skirmish
Make an elf strength +2 (or +4 if that elf is an archer).
For an [Elven] event, I think this should cost [1].

[2]•Swords Out [Elven]
Condition•Support Area
The Free Peoples player may choose to skip the archery phase. If the Archery phase is skipped, each elf bearing a hand weapon is strength +2.
This unfortunately shuts down all Shadow archery as well. How about something like this: "The Free Peoples archery total is reduced to 0. Each Elf bearing a hand weapon is strength +2. Discard this condition in the regroup phase."

[1] Effective Arrows [Elven]
Event•Response
If a minion is killed during the archery phase, heal an elf.
Interesting, fun with Greenleaf!

[2] Books of Lore [Elven]
Possession•Support Area
Fellowship: If you can spot Gandalf and Elrond, you may heal an [Elven] or a [Wizard] companion twice.
If the fellowship is in region 3, discard this condition.
Again, you can use that fellowship ability many times. I think it should be at the start of the fellowship phase, and maybe cost [1] and be unique.

[1]•The Last Homely House [Elven]
Condition•Support Area
When you play this condition, add a token for each [Elven] archer you can spot.
Archery: Remove two tokens from this condition to make the Fellowship Archery Total +1.
Not very homely. How about you switch this title with Woods of Lothlórien?

[1] Fury of the Eldar [Elven]
Condition•Support Area
Discard this condition to make an elf strength +1 for each of these that are true:
The Fellowship is at a forest site. That elf is an archer. The elf is facing a wounded minion.
"Skirmishing" not "facing", but fair enough.

[2]•Rumil, Elven Ranger [Elven]
Companion•Elf
Strength: 6
Vitality; 3
Resistance: 6
Ranger. Archer.
While you can spot a roaming minion, each elf is resistance +1.

[2]•Orophin, Elven Ranger [Elven]
Strength: 6
Vitality: 3
Resistance: 6
Ranger. Archer.
Archery: Exert Orophin to wound a roaming minion twice.
Wow, Orophin completely outclasses Rúmil. How about an ability on Rúmil like "Archery: Exert Rúmil to make a minion site number +2." That could be a fun combo.

Oh yeah, and please post fewer cards at once! ;)

Good to see some more DCs, it seems like a lot of the cards are high on the power curve, especially Legolas and Galadriel. An idea for effective arrows- maybe it would get more use if you lowered the power and turned it into a condition- something like,
(0) ºEffective Archery [Elven]
Condition-Support Area
At the end of the archery phase, if a minion was killed in archery, you may heal an elf.

Thanks for the input.

[2] •Orcs on our Borders [Elven]
Condition•Support Area
At the start of the maneuver phase, discard an [Elven] card from hand to make the Shadows player discard a roaming minion.

Have you guys kind of figured out my tune, so to speak? Kind of like, roaming rangers, except elves rather than gondor.

[2] Orcs on our Borders [Elven]
Condition•Support Area
At the start of the maneuver phase, discard an [Elven] card from hand to make the Shadows player discard a minion. (Or two minions if you can spot a roaming minion.
TJ is right, the power of this card is off the scale. I think I'd take this in one of 2 directions: 1) make it exert a minion with the option of wounding a roaming minion) or 2) make it discard an [Elven] companion from play, which the [Elven] culture has done in the past. And either way, it should probably be unique.

Your ideas are good and sound, though!

should it be at the start each maneuver phase, you may discard? I'm still worred about balance here...maybe discard to wound.
