Can't connect to GCCG to play LotR

Hi, every time I run LotR it gives me this message:

Connecting to servebeer.com port 29120

Connection Failed

Working offline

Any suggestions? I have already tried reinstalling it and I have turned off all my firewalls and antiviruses in case they were blocking it. I don't really have a clue as what to do next.

Okay, as further information, using the same gccg application, I was able to connect to play MTG, so I am really confused as to why I can't connect to play LotR. Hopefully someone else has had this happen in the past and can help me out here. Thanks.

It has worked twice, once was the initial start up when I chose my username, and once after that when I added my real name and email to the account. What I typed is an error, it says gccg.servebeer.com.

If you haven't played any game and you don't mind changing your username, you could delete the directory C:\.gccg where all the settings are stored and try again.

This might not make sense, but I had similar trouble once when I was running off of a wireless network. The entire internet was working EXCEPT for GCCG. In the end (for whatever reason), I solved it by turning the wireless off and back on. Not sure if that applies in your case though...?

I am on a direct connection, thanks for all the suggestions though, I will try resetting all the settings and such. Hopefully I can figure something out.

Tried both, I am totally stumped as far as what to do. I thought about it possibly being the university firewall, but my university has a pretty tolerant firewall. It allows BattleNet and other things, also I was able to connect to the MTG game, so I have no clue what on earth to do next.

Okay I was able to get on once this morning and actually play a few games. After I quit out and tried to load the game again later, it once again would not connect. This seemingly random ability to connect is really starting to drive me nuts, if anyone has any suggestions, I could really use some help here.

For the record, the server suffered some hosting/network issues lately.
Things have been sorted out.

Umm, mines not installing...
It says that my 64-bit version is not compatible with the system and to check with the system vendor. Not quite sure what's going on but my computer should be advanced enough for this...

2) At which point are you receiving the error message?
