You could change the first marsh to "exert each character with printed strength 5 or less" and be reasonably clear. And I don't get the flavour of Swanfleet, but is otherwise a good card.

You want an Aragorn? How about "Aragorn, Estel"?

I thought about about printed strength 5 or less, though I was wanting to let other sources modify strength (armor, conditions, allies) to make it possible to make your companions unaffected (and your opponent's companions affected).  Same for minions, of course...

You want an Aragorn? How about "Aragorn, Estel"?

Hmm...  could be allowed in or ...  Any thoughts on number/rarity?

Eh, I'd go with his normal stats and cost...well, maybe 7/4/7 instead of 8/4/8. But he's nifty otherwise, aside from their being no need to capitalize hunter.

Oh, and if you go with more normal stats, then definitely go rare. Uncommon might be appropriate otherwise.

Mainly I wanted Estel to be a 2-cost Aragorn, at , I'd agree.

And Aragorn, Estel is now Uncommon.
