NOLINK for AutoLink

Suggested by NB, an old CC feature:

If you prefer a card NOT to AutoLink, add NOLINK or ! directly before the card title and/or subtitle. No spaces.
Examples (dash inserted so you can see it):

NOLINK-Hate
!-Web

Without the dashes, the exact same text:

Hate
Web

NOLINK has some problems working correctly with card titles containing commas or subtitles. The way to make it work is to add a ! both at the beginning of the title and the beginning of the subtitle. For example:

!-Sam, Son of Hamfast
!-Sam, !-Son of Hamfast
!-Gollum DaD
!-Gollum !-DaD

Becomes (dashes removed):

Sam, Son of Hamfast
Sam, Son of Hamfast
Gollum DaD
Gollum DaD

I thought it would be quicker, but I preserved NOLINK for "legacy" purposes.

! is generally programming code for "not." I.E. Don't link!

I know that much from Java for Dummies (actually, it was a full-blown class, but I remember approx. the equivalent of Java for Dummies), but hey, Cobra gave us NOLINK, we must respect him in anyways we can.
