Galadriel, Bearer Of Wisdom
The One Ring, Ring Of Rings

Aldred, Eored Solider (Starting)
Elrohir, Son Of Elrond (Starting)
Elladan, Son Of Elrond x3
Gil-Galad, High King Of The Noldor
Glorfindel, Eldarin Lord x3

Brego
Horse Of Rohan x4

Still Needed x4
Final Shot x4
Supporting Fire x4

City Of The Trees x4
Glimpse Of Fate x2

Use Still Needed In combo with city of the trees to get a +8 pump every skirmish. The horses ensure the minions are wounded and you have the other events as backups in case you opponent is playing a swarm as well as Gil-Galad and Glorfindel to bring events back

Minor detail, but if you decide to go with Eomer, do Eored Captain, since he has a slight uptick in resistance. :up:

I might consider using Aldred as one of your starting companions with just one of the brothers (your choice which). That way you have a [Rohan] companion off the bat. Use The Prancing Pony to pull Eldarin Lord and you'd still have a decent starting fellowship until you can pull more Elves. You could still toss in Eowyn or Eomer in addition in case Aldred has to be sacrificed, but at least then you aren't stuck waiting for one of them to show up before you can play your mounts.

I think I'd recommend this:

Galadriel, Bearer Of Wisdom
The One Ring, Ring Of Rings

Elladan, Son Of Elrond (Starting)
Aldred, Eored Soldier (Starting)

Glorfindel, Eldarin Lord (pull with The Prancing Pony)
Elrohir, Son Of Elrond x3

City Of The Trees x4

That's still 30 cards. If you wanted to snip a little more room (or go to, say, 32 cards), you could squeeze in Eowyn or Eomer.

As it is expanded, Banner of Elbereth is nice too. For heavy Swarm, a Attunement can push Galadriel very well (both cards requiring Still Needed on top of your deck for doing excellence work).
