On the shadow side, I'd probably cut some of the 4-cost Orcs, since you mentioned in our game today that your goal for the shadow was mainly to be cheap and cycle to let set up your fellowship quickly. Also, to help get some stopping power like we talked about, I'd suggest adding some copies of
Wizard Storm. It'll either get some stops, or do a bunch of wounds – either way, you win. Maybe just cut the two copies of
Isengard Artisan and
Isengard Retainer for 4x
Wizard Storm. It's nice to have the larger guys, but an 8-strength minion with no support cards won't be winning a whole lot anyway, and the Wizard Storms will probably do more damage / get more stops for you. I might also cut a couple of the 3-cost minions for 2 more copies of
Isengard Shaman to help keep your guys alive.
On the fellowship side, you definitely need more than 1 copy of Elrond if you're going to play cards that depend on him, like
Secret Sentinels and the
Phial of Galadriel. I'd either run 3 copies of him, or cut all the Elf cards (which would free up room for more Gondor stuff, and help you choke better – adding 4 twilight to play Elrond can really hurt at the wrong time). One copy of
Sam, Son of Hamfast might not be a bad idea to help you keep the burdens down, and then you can sacrifice him to the next big minion that comes along. I'd add another
Garrison of Osgiliath or perhaps a
Noble Leaders so that the
Ring of Barahir has a better chance of working. Since your plan is to win with your fellowship, you might want to throw in something like
Gondor's Vengeance to help you double move if there's a big minion that would otherwise follow you and cause problems.
