Can conditions be roaming?

A shadow rises
Pallando deceived
Alatar deceived
Radagast deceived
and maybe some more...
Can these minions be roaming? Which site number do they have? eg. for
Ithilien blade
. What happens, if I make them site number + 10? Are they roaming then?
Would any of these conditions be discarded if a companion / ally overwhelms them?
many thanks for any help,
Elrohir

Taking a guess here. Minions aren't given a site number by default, so I'd ignore site number modifications for these. They would also generally not be roaming at any site, since the default condition for roaming is to be at a site that has a lower site number (
Madril DoO
won't work, but
Faramir BoQ
will).
They'd be discarded when overwhelmed just like when they're killed.

Minions without site numbers cannot be roaming based off the site where they are. Other effects that make minions roaming regardless of site number still will.
Conditions that are minions are still subject to rules regarding minions, so yes they would be discarded if overwhelmed/vitality=0/etc.

Exactly what I thought
The
Faramir, BoQ
/
Madril, DoO
example shows it very well.
Thank you very much.
